The Sims 3 coverThe upcoming issue of the American Games for Windows magazine will have the first details on The Sims 3 for PC. Sims Studio head Rod Humble talks about the following.

To quote: “The biggest change to The Sims 3 is that it takes place in a wide-open, constantly changing neighborhood — a much bigger sandbox, if you will, and a much more complex simulation. The town and park you see on the cover image to the right (click to enlarge) exist in the same seamless space as your Sims’ household, and what you do outside your home now matters as much as what you do within. (Yes, previous expansion packs added out-and-about activities, but they were always separate sub-games. Here, everything’s completely integrated.) The game also sees a major shift in how Sims’ motives are handled: Individual meters indicating bladder and sleep-deprivation levels are replaced by a new system of discrete moods, the aim being to get players off the treadmill of fulfilling primal eat-sleep-pee-repeat requirements so they can focus more on, well, going out on the brand new town.” — Via 1UP

    I cant wait till this game comes out! To bad it dosent come out by christmas :-( Any way I have done all the research I can about The Sims 3 and so far it seems really cool. I have The Sims 2 and love it, but I am deffinatly getting The Sims 3. For anyone wanting to know more about the Sims 3, go to: www.thesims3.com or you can go to YouTube and look up videos and trailers for The Sims 3. I hope that they have pets expansion packfor The Sims3…it would also be pretty cool if they hd like a farm expansion pack too, that ad where you could raise cows,goats,horses,chickens,pigs,etc… Anyway I really like this series of games and can’t wait to get The Sims 3!!!!!!!!!

    I loved the sims 1 and bought all the expansion packs. Unfortunately with the sims 2 i only had 1 or 2 stuff packs and university,nightlife, pets , bon voyage and free time. once i found out sims 3 was coming out i forgot about saving up for the other expansions and decided to save up for sims 3! i have also saved up for completing my ape escape collection. i have 5 of the thirteen games and can’t wait for ape escape ps3! it apparentlty is the next generation of ape escape and sounds to be sooooooooooo cool! i love these two games and can’t wait for the sims 3 pc and ape escape ps3!

    the sims 2 pra mim é um jogo perfeito.mais agora com o 3 que pode sair na rua d+++++++.
