Sony Computer Entertainment Europe revealed new PlayStation Store games in their latest spring lineup overview. Newly announced downloadable games are: Elefunk for the PlayStation 3 and Ape Quest for the PSP.
Elefunk is a PlayStation Store-release for PS3 due April 2008. It’s described as: “Build constructions in a wild landscape to stop an Elephants’ troop from falling down. Use your building skills to save them from dangerous traps. Your elephants will have to bridge 20 levels of ravins, rivers, firepits and swamps. They can only cross if you build these bridges with the right building materials of metal, wood or rope. Plus it’s actual building with realistic laws of nature. There are three different game modes available: Time Attack – race the clock, Puzzle – construct with a limited amount of building materials, Multiplayer – players will have to remove certain parts of a building without making it fall down.”
The PAIN expansion will be coming to Europe in March, and the Echochrome game will appear in May 2008.
Ape Quest is a PlayStation Store on PC release for PSP due April 2008. It’s described as: “Join the monkey prince in a bizarre role-playing adventure. There’s a curse on the monkey kingdom and you’re your task to save it. The careless prince of Toqsica has released the legendary beasts called Apetron. Now the Apetron are making a mess of things. You, playing as the hopeless stupid prince, will have to fight the evildoers that are taking over the Toqsica kingdom. On the way you’ll collect weapons and powers, and test your skills in a number of minigames. With the help of the magic, wishfulfilling Spectral Bank, you’re on a mission to beat the Apetron once and for all and meanwhile enjoy a hilarious 3D adventure!”
The flOw game will appear in Europe in March 2008.
